The two-time Ivor Novello and triple BRIT Award winner heads to Scarborough following a phenomenal year in 2025, which saw him earning rapturous, stadium-wide receptions as special guest to Oasis throughout their run of huge summer shows. His recent singles built strong anticipation for his seventh solo album Lovin You, which charted at Number Three in the UK charts upon release and has sparked a renewed interest in his expansive catalogue.

From the monumental success of The Verve’s 11-times Platinum album Urban Hymns to his acclaimed solo career, Richard Ashcroft has shaped British music with a songbook that remains as powerful today as it ever was. His 2026 date on the Yorkshire coast promises a night packed with emotion, presence and unforgettable moments.

Special guest Tom Meighan joins him in Scarborough. After departing Kasabian, Tom returned in 2023 with his debut solo album The Reckoning — a bold, honest record that showcased a more reflective performer. Opening the night will be Yorkshire’s own Apollo Junction, whose dedicated fanbase and acclaimed second album What In The World have cemented them as one of the region’s standout indie rock bands.
