1. General
|
1.1 These are the Conditions of Business of Travelstyle Tours Limited (“The Company”).
1.2 These Conditions shall be deemed to be incorporated into all contracts made by the Company with you.
1.3 No variation will be incorporated into the contract unless in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative of the Company and (in certain cases) where such variation is in accordance with the terms of these Conditions.
1.4 No employee or agent of the Company is authorised to make any representations concerning the services or facilities to be performed or offered by the Company to you unless confirmed by the Company itself in writing. In entering into any contract you acknowledge that you do not rely on and waive any claim for breach of any such representations which are not so confirmed.
1.5 Words importing the singular number shall include the plural and vice versa and words importing the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter and vice versa.
1.6 The following expressions shall have the following meanings:
“The Company“ means Travelstyle Tours Limited and its successors in title.
“Day Trips“ means any trip or tour where at the time of booking the Company intends that the duration of the tour or trip should not exceed 24 hours and that at the same time the Company does not intend any hotel or similar sleeping accommodation to be included within the facilities offered.
“Package“ means any tour or trip that is not a Day Trip.
“Holidays“ means any Package and Day Trip.
“Trust Deed“ means a Deed establishing a Trust for the holding of your monies pending conclusion of the Holiday such monies being held by Trustees in an account separate from all Company monies are held on the terms of the Deed a copy of which is available for inspection at the principal place of business of the company).
“Trust Account“ means such bank account as may be established in order to implement satisfy and to enable implementation of the Trust Deed by the Trustees thereof from time to time.

UK BREAKAWAYS HOLIDAYS

UK Breakaways is a trading division of Travelstyle Tours whose booking/trading conditions apply.
|
|
|
BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
|
All bookings must be made directly with Travelstyle and are subject to availability.
DEPOSIT SCHEME – we are delighted to offer a deposit scheme for all NEW BOOKINGS costing £100 per person or over. We require a £35 (non-refundable) per person deposit to secure your booking with the balance being payable 6 weeks prior to departure. For bookings costing less than £100 per person the full amount is payable on booking. In all cases if the booking is made within six weeks of travel the full amount is payable. A booking/confirmation voucher will be sent to you, usually within 14 days; you must check this carefully and raise any queries immediately.

PRICES/SINGLE ROOMS
|
All prices are per person (unless otherwise stated) and are based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Single rooms are available at most properties – please call for further details and prices.

|
TRANSFERS
|
No transfer or alteration of a booking is allowed if the date of travel is 15 days or less from the time the written request is received at our Chesterfield Office. If the intended date of travel is more than 15 days, then subject to availability, the booking can be transferred to a future date, provided the request is made in writing, together with an administration charge of £10 per person.

CANCELLATIONS
|
You or any member of your party may cancel your booking at any time; however a cancellation will only be deemed valid when received in writing at our Chesterfield Office. If you cancel your booking and the intended date of travel is 7 days or less to departure, you will lose the full cost of the holiday. A cancellation received between 8 and 14 days to departure will lose 50% (or deposit if greater) of the cost of the holiday, more than 15 days to departure will lose 25% (or deposit if greater) of the cost of the holiday. Travelstyle recommend the purchase of holiday insurance, which may cover charges arising from cancellation of holidays.

IF WE CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY
|
|
The Company reserves the right in any circumstance to cancel your holiday. Cancellations of holidays booked are rare, but in the event of cancellation the Company will send you notice at least seven days prior to the intended date of departure. The Company will return any monies paid by you for the holiday or offer you a suitable alternative.

|
|
THEATRE/CONCERT/EVENT TICKETS
|
|
Any theatre, concert or event ticket purchased as part of a package is not refundable and is not subject to the above cancellation policy.
|
|
|
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
|
|
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the hotel you must first inform a member of the hotel team at the earliest opportunity during your stay, thereby giving the hotel a chance to satisfy your complaint. If you wish to make an official complaint on your return you must do so in writing for the attention of Customer Services within seven days of your return.

|
|
YOUR FINANCIAL SECURITY
|
|
All package holidays offered are covered by the EEC Directive on Package Holidays 1992. In the unlikely event of insolvency of Travelstyle the Company have set up a Trust Fund into which all customer monies are paid and the Trustees cannot release your money until your holiday has been completed.

|
BROCHURE INFORMATION
|
|
All information contained in our brochure and on this website is believed to be correct at the time of going to press, Many arrangements were made months in advance therefore Travelstyle reserves the right to vary, amend or cancel any of the arrangements without notice.
|
|
|
DINING ARRANGEMENTS
|
|
Meals may be subject to set times and some hotel restaurants are unable to offer all guests individual dining tables – you may, on occasions, be required to share larger dining tables with other guests.
|
|
|
HOTEL ROOM ACCESS
|
|
This may not be available until 4pm on the day of arrival, and usually you will have to vacate your room by 10am on the day of departure. If in doubt, discuss with the hotel. Remember to hand in door keys and settle any additional items (i.e. bar bill, telephone, etc) before departing.
|
|
|
SPECIAL REQUESTS
|
|
Any special request that you have made us aware of will be indicated on your ticket documentation. These will be passed on o the hotel on your behalf; however we are unable to guarantee that these requests can be met.
|
|
|
LESS ABLE BODIED CUSTOMERS
|
|
Customers with specific needs are advised to ask to speak to our Sales Support Team to check suitability of any proposed holiday.
|
|
|
HOTEL AMENITIES AND FACILITIES
|
|
Amenities as described will usually be available, but please note that some amenities (lift, swimming pool, etc) require service and repair, and may not always be available. Entertainment is frequently subject to demand based on sufficient guests staying at the hotel. Some hotels may charge for extra supplies of tea/coffee in bedrooms. Please note that some hotel leisure facilities may incur a charge.
